Mr Gbenga Toyosi Olawepo-Hashim, Chairman/CEO

Mr Olawepo-Hashim has been in private business for over 33 years with a wide range interest in the energy sector worldwide. He is a global Business Development Executive who understands the challenges of reforms in Emerging Economies. Mr Olawepo-Hashim who is the Chairman of Beersheba Energy Limited Nigeria, Bresson AS Limited is also the Chairman of Oil world Limited, Operators of OPL 241 in the continental shelf of Nigeria.

Mr Olawepo-Hashim is the President of Transnational Energy Corporation Registered in the United States. A graduate of the University of Lagos Nigeria, he holds a Masters' degree in Global Affairs from the University of Buckingham United Kingdom where he won the Max Bellof's Award for Best Student in Global Affairs. He was also trained in Boston Massachusetts United States, where he attended the HRDC International Petroleum Management course.

Mr Olawepo has been recognized Nationally and Internationally. He was awarded the Kwame Nkrumah African Leadership Award in 2003 in Ghana and the Veteran Award in Venezuela, 2005. He holds the Nigerian Union of Journalist 2000 Award for professional excellence and he is a Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration in Nigeria.

Mr Kamaldeen Adebayo Sanni Director

Mr Kamaldeen Adebayo Sanni is a graduate of Accountancy and holds Master of Science in Project Management. A chartered accountant, Fellow of the Institute of Information Management (FIIM) and Chartered Institute of Project Management Professional (CIPM). He has over 25 years’ experience in the private sector, working as an accountant and rose to the level of Senior Manager.

As a Project and Financial Manager, he had overseen several projects from initiation to completion, in both construction and manufacturing companies.

Due to prevailing increase in the level of financial crime (financial misappropriation, mismanagement, misapplication, fraud, etc.) within the public and private sectors and

Mr. Sanni’s appetite for knowledge of forensic accounting and auditing, he enrolled and acquired “Diploma in Forensic Accounting”. He is currently a Director in Beersheba Energy Limited.
